‘Morales and Phillips prove to be too strong in event 2 Parent & Child Golf Series’

The team of Orlando Morales and Jose Phillips proved to be a strong combination as they secured victory in the second event of the Parent & Child Golf Series. The second event was played over the new nine course and saw each team competing in a greensomes stableford format. The winning team produced 27 stableford points to claim victory by 2 points from runners up Ken and Callum Gibsion who returned 25 stableford points and 5 points form third place team of Terry and Misha Murdoch with 22 stableford points.

After taking the runner up spot in event 1 Jose Phillips will comfortably be leading the Parent & Child order of merit and with only two events remaining the race is on for the Parent & Child Player of the Year Title.
