Ladies enjoy Rally for a Cure golf event.

2009 marks the 5^th year that this event has been in Egypt and also the 14^th year worldwide for Rally for a Cure. A total of 86 lady golfers competed in the Rally for a Cure Golf Event over the championship course at Katameya Heights Golf & Tennis Resort on Tuesday 27^th October 2009.

The format for the event was teams of 4 Texas scramble with the top 6 teams awarded prizes.

Along with the special events and the Special Rally Hole which was also hole 3 where any lady who hit there ball on the green won a ball. The following ladies were the luck players to hit the 3^rd green: Joanna Bent, Jasmine Wu, Sophie Issa, Hye Sook Lim, Woo Yong Lam, Moira Butterworth, Janine McTier and Debbie Collins.

The 2009 Rally for a Cure champions with a net score of 62 were Laura Goold, Denise Smith, Linda Pyott and Moira Butterworth. The Runners Up with a net score of 62.4 was Sophie Issa, Jasmine Wu, Sung Ho Kim and Elena Scotti. Third place team with a net score of 63.36 were Joanna Bent, Jenny Smith and Rachel Adams Fourth place team with a net score of 63.6 were Mira Kim, Kija Cho, Seug Hee Kim and Mini Kim. Fifth place team with a net score of 63.8 were Maha Senoussi, Nadia Ziwar, Nagwa Kamy and Nahed Halaba. Sixth place team with a net score of 64 was Azza Lamloum, Suzie Blazer, K. Wethington and S. Stevens.
